Returns Policy

At Styled Insider, we want you to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at hi@thestyledinsider.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us at hi@thestyledinsider.com and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
